What happens to my EasyLine subscription if I switch devices?
Your EasyLine subscription is tied to your app store account, so your subscription will be billed to the original app store the account was initially created on.
Switch from Android to Android, or iOS to iOS
If you didn’t store data online – in the cloud, the message loggings in the inbox may be influenced when you switch devices, even the cell phone system keeps the same. If you have stored EasyLine data in the cloud, then when you sign in to your app store account, the app will perform and display all the records the same as before.
Switch from Android to iOS, or iOS to Android
You will not be able to subscribe or update as your app store accounts are different on devices.
Switch between different app store accounts on the same cell phone system
When you switch from account A of Android to account B of Android, or from account A of iOS to account B of iOS, you are allowed to subscribe to a new package as long as the former subscription is out of date. And updating will not be influenced.
Can I use EasyLine even after I’ve canceled the subscription?
Your subscription will be valid until the next renewal date, so you can use your EasyLine number until then. Unsubscribing will only prevent subscriptions from being automatically renewed at the upcoming renewal date and time.
For example, if you purchase a monthly subscription at 12:00 on January 1 for $9.99, and then decide to unsubscribe on January 20 of the same month, you will continue to have access to your subscription until 12:00 on February 1.
How do I cancel my subscription and request a refund?
We understand that EasyLine might not work for everyone, so that is why we have provided instructions below on how to cancel your subscription and request a refund (if needed).
Important: Uninstalling an app will not automatically stop your subscription. You must cancel your subscription via the app store to end your subscription.
How to cancel my subscription and request a refund on Android?
To cancel your subscription via the Google Play Store:
Step 1. Open the Google Play Store on your device.
Step 2. Tap the menu, and find “subscriptions”.
Step 3. Tap the subscription you want to cancel.
Step 4. Tap the “Cancel subscription”.
Step 5. Follow the onscreen instructions.

Visiting Google’s website and following the instructions on how to request.

How to cancel my subscription and request a refund on iOS?
To cancel your subscription on your iPhone, you will have to do so from within the app store. Please see below for further instructions.
To cancel your subscription:
Step 1. Open your device Settings.
Step 2. Tap on your name, then tap Subscriptions.
Step 3. Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
Step 4. Choose a different subscription or tap “Cancel Subscription”.
If you don’t see “Subscriptions” in the Settings app, follow these steps:
Step 1. Tap iTunes & Apple Store instead.
Step 2. Tap your Apple ID (which is usually your email address).
Step 3. Tap View Apple ID.
Step 4. Sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions, then tap Subscriptions.
Step 5. Tap EasyLine.
Step 6. Tap the “Cancel Subscription”.
To request a refund:
Step 1. Go to Apple’s Subscription Refund page.
Step 2. Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
Step 3. If you see the “Report” or “Report a Problem” button next to the item that you want to request a refund for, click it.
Step 4. Follow the instructions on the page to choose the reason why you want a refund.
Step 5. Submit your request.
